    Returns & Exchanges


    While we hope that you love your order and are thrilled with your new Bekibo products, we also understand at times not everything works out. So, we have made returning your items as simple and easy as possible:

    • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase
    • We offer FREE returns and exchanges within the UK
    • Sale items are non-refundable

    For all UK orders, we will offer you FREE postage on your returns and exchanges. To access these, please follow these easy steps…

    1. Ensure items are being returned within 14 days of purchase of receipt.
    2. Visit Royal Mail here
    3. Complete the returns information and then print out the generated postage label
    4. Stick the postage label to your parcel and send back to the following address: Returns, Bekibo London, 16 Barclay House 242-254, Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7BY
    5. You will then be notified by email once your return has been received, checked over and processed.
    6. Please note that free returns and exchanges are for UK orders only.

    For international orders please send all returns to the above address along with a filled out returns form which is enclosed with your order.

    1. You may wish to obtain proof of delivery or use a guaranteed delivery service as the goods will remain your responsibility until they are received by us and we shall not accept any liability for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit.
    2. We are not liable for any customs duties and taxes on items returned to the UK. Your return transit documents should state: Goods not suitable – being returned to UK.

    All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. (Shipping charges cannot be refunded).


    Should you wish to return any of your Bekibo London items, please ensure that:

    • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase (this is the same for both international and UK based customers)
    • You can’t return anything that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
    • Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging.
    • All original tags must still be attached (goods returned without tags will not be accepted for refund)
    • Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/ or a refund refused.
    • All Beauty, Skincare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot issue refunds for – Water bottles and Swimwear

    You are responsible for adequately packaging your returned items. Bekibo London reserves the right to refuse returns on items, which are damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging.

    In the instance where a garment is considered faulty, we will offer a refund or a replacement for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. Bekibo London reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty, as well as taking into consideration time frame of purchase.

    If deemed faulty, we will send you a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund. Simply return the faulty goods to us within 14 days of the day you received them, we will then respond to you within 10 working days of the garment’s arrival at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

    • Bekibo London will not be held liable in an event that your product is lost in transit, so we recommend you keep a copy
    • Bekibo will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery
    • Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately
    • You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package
    • We ask you to allow 7 working days from the day you return your package for us to receive it, then a further 48 hours for your account to be credited (in some instances a return can take up to 10 days to be received based on delivery and receipt of items at Bekibo London HQ)
